Our coaching and mentoring ministries are designed to “come along beside” pastors, serving as a sounding block, a critical (but supportive!) ear, a friend.

Together, we will help you find God’s purpose and plan, and keep focused on the next step in the process.

Dear Timothy

“Dear Timothy” is our coaching service for new pastors, usually those who are about to begin (or are still early into) their first pastorates.

Typically, this coaching agreement spans a full year, with a combination of email, phone, and on-site contact. Through the year we focus on 12 keys to getting started well in pastoral ministries.

We can also work with denominational executives to coach small clusters of their new pastors in retreat style settings.

Pastor 2 Pastor

“Pastor 2 Pastor” is our coaching service for those more experienced in the ministry.

These coaching agreements are designed with your specific needs in mind. Perhaps you just need a fresh perspective as you think through a key decision, or maybe you would benefit from an ongoing partnership as you walk through a difficult time. Or maybe you are looking for a new level of accountability.

We can help you assess your ministry, offer suggestions for improvements, or simply listen to the issues you face.
